On the mainland coastal regions prices have all risen by a similar amount. The inland regions are the next gold rush in Belize. On the coast, water front property range from $3000 to $4000 per foot (30 cm). At Banana Bank Heights the prices are currently a fraction of this price at $200 per foot of water front. Currently on Ambergris Caye there is no water front property at all available for first time purchase. Many developers and property owners on the Cayes (myself included) are looking to the mainland as the only water front property option available. Inland prices are sure to catch up.
